The (by now well known) Oblivion Mods site has various cool movies about Oblivion available for viewing.
They cover glitches or funny stuff in the game and are well worth a look :

I just ran into a new blogspot which is dedicated to game mods in general, but currently they are focusing only on Oblivion, have a peek at http://zoch-mods.blogspot.com
It's regularly updated with new mods info, so keep an eye on it.

There are now a total of 3 official mods available from Bethesda (at the obliviondownloads.com site).

The last one seems the most interresting, 'The Wizards Tower' : Located high in the Jeral Mountains of Cyrodiil away from prying eyes, this add-on makes the Wizard's Tower, Frostcrag Spire, become available. Packed with numerous useful enhancements, this structure will prove invaluable to magic-oriented characters.
Of course, if you prefer free mods, there are now over 1000 available on the web.. to save yourself the trouble of going through all of these I recommend visiting www.elderscrolls-oblivion.com where they have made a selection of only the best mods (over 200 at the moment).
