Ran into a site through a search for Oblivion cheats, called 'Beyond Oblivion'.
While it's hosted on Blogger, just like this site, don't be mistaken about the quality of the site. This is not just your average blog ..
Not only does it have a nice basic list of cheats and tweaks for Oblivion, it also has screenshots and other sections to make it into a real complete site.
